How long does shipping take?
Depends where to ship to. Think DHL domestic or international shipping, and add 3-5 days to prepare the shipping.
Can I get a custom design?
We have this design on offer right now. The frame is versatile and one could order a licensed bicycle mechanic to opt for caliper brakes, wider tyres (up to 32 mm should goeasily), or a different handle bar, which also would require different gearshifters.
What sizes are available?
It’s one size. It was optimized for around 1,90 cm rider height and could be adjusted by changing the stem and stem angle as well as via the seat post towards taller and shorter riders.
What’s your return policy?
Orders from Europe can be returned within 2 weeks after receipt. Return costs on buyer. We are allowed to reduce any damages from the initially paid amount.
